With over four decades of experience across the residential construction industry, Peter brings a rare depth of knowledge and craftsmanship to his role as Director of KC.After studying carpentry at Swinburne Technical College, Peter began his career on the tools, shaping his understanding of materials, detailing, and the physical process of building from the ground up. He went on to obtain his residential and commercial builder’s licences, founding Kostas Constructions and delivering a diverse portfolio of large-scale residential projects across Melbourne.
What defines Peter’s approach is an ongoing commitment to quality and evolution. He has witnessed, and anticipated, the shifts in Melbourne’s architectural landscape over the decades, ensuring that the company remains not only relevant but an industry leader. His philosophy is simple: embrace change, without ever compromising craft.
Today, as Director of KC, Peter remains hands-on. He oversees every project with precision, applying the same attention to detail and technical fluency that has shaped the company’s identity since its earliest days. His focus is on building strong relationships with architects and clients who share a passion for well-considered design and uncompromising execution.
It’s this quiet dedication, to people, to process and to excellence, that continues to define Peter’s legacy and guide the KC team forward.

Andy has dedicated his career to the craft of residential construction. Beginning his journey with Kostas Constructions in 2002, Andy qualified as a carpenter before pursuing a suite of advanced building qualifications. Now a registered domestic building practitioner, he brings over two decades of hands-on experience to every project.As Senior Project Manager at KC, Andy works closely with Peter to oversee the full scope of residential builds. His technical knowledge, coupled with an unwavering focus on process and execution, ensures each project is delivered with clarity, care and efficiency.
Attention to detail underpins everything Andy does, from interpreting complex design specifications to advising on how best to achieve custom architectural features. For him, the most rewarding builds are those that push the boundaries of what’s possible to create homes that are truly one of a kind.

Supporting Peter and Andy, he also plays a key role in the administrative coordination of each build, ensuring precision and consistency across all touchpoints.
