The heritage overlay necessitated the preservation of the facade and front few rooms which provided an elegant starting point for this vibrant renovation and extension to evolve around.

We worked closely with NY Design to workshop and execute the intricate design initiatives that make this residence so unique; extending this collaborative practice as far as the design and fabrication of custom items of furniture tailored to specific spaces within the home.
